Job Description
- Managing a fleet of company vehicles including cars and Heavy Equipment.
- Implementing and controlling all scheduling, arranging of maintenance / servicing and repairs.
- Managing the fuel contracts and spend management.
- Managing the vehicle tracker contract and data analysis.
- Arranging and management of all vehicle hire for the business.
- Producing varying reports for senior management regarding vehicle hire and asset management.
- Managing all aspects of asset management for the business including plant, equipment, technology, etc.
- Liaising and communicating with internal & external customers is vital part of the role.
Job Requirements
- 8-10 years experience.
- Very good in English Language.
- Motor mechanic qualifications or trade qualifications in a related field.
- Management or Supervisory skills and experience in Fleet Maintenance and Management.
- Experience in the repair or supervisory areas of the heavy vehicle industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office including Word and Excel.
- Experience in analysis and problem solving.
- The ability to communicate with impact.
- Critical thinking and decision making.
- Clear and honest two-way communication through an open management style.
