Job Description
- A new Offshore Account at 6th of October Site ( BORO TAXI ) requires Call Center Agents for an Offshore Account Serving UK.
Responsible For:
- Resolve Customer’s Inquiries deftly and effectively.
- Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Values Customer experience.
- Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, while handling customer complaints.
