Job Description
- Contact Open Accounts on monthly Basics and Try to Generate opportunities.
- Forward opportunities to Presales Specialist and Sales Supervisor.
- Find Company contact details and add updated them in CRM
- Add Contacts and Accounts in CRM and Make Sure there are Updated.
- Contact Account and Try to find the right IT decision maker contact and update on CRM.
- Reply to Canadian ITS web Chat and Forward new opportunities to Pre-Sales Specialist and Supervisor.
- Follow up on Assigned Invoices from Finance Coordinator and Follow up on Collection with Customer.
- Send Introduction email to Open Accounts.
- Try to establish a Relationship with Open Accounts.
- Achieve the Threshold of Validated Opportunity per quarter which increase Quarterly.
- Answer Customers Questions Related to Company.
