Job Description
- Maintaining employee records on oracle System
- Manage attendance system and leaves
- Monitoring of “ attendance – overtime – absence – vacations” and filling system
- Prepare and record overtime hours in order to be add to salaries to eligible employees
- Responsible for new comers hiring process
Job Requirements
- University Degree/Diploma – preference given to Human Resources or business-related degrees.
- 1-2 years of experience as an as an HR Clerk, HR Officer or similar junior role in HR.
- Good understanding of HR operations (recruiting, on boarding, training and compensation)
- Good knowledge of labor law
- Excellent in English language.
- Must demonstrate ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively as part of an HR Team.
- Strong work ethic.
- Strong independent problem solving skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Can Work under pressure.
