Job Description

Main Duties:

  • Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
  • Attend meetings and keep minutes
  • Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Make travel arrangements for executives
  • Prepare invoices or financial statements and provide assistance in bookkeeping
  • Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Experience as Office manager or executive secretary from 3+ years
  • The excellent ability to use Microsoft Office (Word – Excel – Outlook …..)
  • Excellent Arabic الفصحي Language
  • Excellent English Level
  • Working under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail
