Job Description
- Develop schedules to ensure that the briefs progress efficiently through its different stages and are completed on time.
- Dsscuss the scope of work, schedules and workload with key stakeholders to prepare a framework for planning workflow.
- Monitor the progress of the brief through different departments and adjust schedules to deal with any delays or problems.
- Arrange regular meetings to review progress and re-allocate resources to keep production on schedule.
- Set up administrative systems to help them track time, cost and progress on each project.
- Track time spent on a job by analyzing the time sheets completed by team members.
