Job Description

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the office.
  • Organizing and maintaining files and records.
  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.).
  • Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings etc.
  • Making bookings and travel arrangements.
  • Organizing and managing events.
  • Organizing and maintaining files and records.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree of any suitable discipline.
  • From 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Fluent language skills (verbal and written) in the Arabic and English language.
  • Professional use of computers and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Demonstrated management and organizational skills.
  • Alexandria residents.
  • Gender : females only.
