Job Description
You will work in an environment full of energy and you will be responsible for:
- Coordinate with Account Managers & Business development to create customized sales plans for key clients.
- Determining clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
- Good negotiation processes and closing deals.
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers.
- Attend meetings, events, and perform cold calls.
- Prepare the necessary reports (contracts, closing statements etc.)
- Understanding the needs of the customer when taking actions or making decisions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree Holder.
- 0-1 years of experience.
- Highly polished communication skills - speaking, writing, presenting and negotiating.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Good English Skills.
- Own a car.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to develop knowledge of the brands.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Leadership skills: ability to recruit and train a qualified sales team and insure ongoing development and training.
- Ambitious, eager to work hard, add value and grow.
- Familiar with CRM system
- Ability to market, promote and profitably sell products and services to existing and potential customers.
