About the Job

You will work in an environment full of energy and you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinate with Account Managers & Business development to create customized sales plans for key clients.
  • Determining clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
  • Good negotiation processes and closing deals.
  • Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers.
  • Attend meetings, events, and perform cold calls.
  • Prepare the necessary reports (contracts, closing statements etc.)
  • Understanding the needs of the customer when taking actions or making decisions.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree Holder.
  • 0-1 years of experience.
  • Highly polished communication skills - speaking, writing, presenting and negotiating.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Good English Skills.
  • Own a car.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to develop knowledge of the brands.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Leadership skills: ability to recruit and train a qualified sales team and insure ongoing development and training.
  • Ambitious, eager to work hard, add value and grow.
  • Familiar with CRM system
  • Ability to market, promote and profitably sell products and services to existing and potential customers.
