Job Description
Production Engineer - Paints ( Liquid - Powder coating )
- Lead the entire production team.
- Execute daily objectives and communicate them to the production supervisor . (according to the weekly production plan).
- Prepare the work orders for each batch on IFS as per the weekly plan.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Monitor and adjust production processes or equipment for quality and productivity.
- Coordinate with the maintenance head for any preventive maintenance of the planet and machineries.
- Troubleshoot problems with equipment, devices, or products.
- Check production output according to specifications. (quantity & quality).
- Submit reports and Keep production logs.
- Measure and record data associated with operating equipment.
- Assist the Section head in the development and implementation of production strategies with utilization maximum resources but minimum cost.
- Enforce strict safety guidelines and work instructions.
- Perform other tasks/projects as assigned by Section head.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry
- Proven experience as Production Engineer in powder coating or Liquid field.
- Knowledge of Powder Coating production processes.
- Technical analyzing skills which can predict the production capacity of the plant and machineries.
- Able to use MS Word & Excel.
- Excellent communication in Arabic and English both oral and written.
