Job Description

  • Review the records of employees vacation balances.
  • Audit Filing of all employees vacations.
  • Audit employees files.
  • Responsible for revising all payroll transactions monthly.
  • Design all types of reports requested by the Direct Manager.
  • Responsible for monthly HC report.
  • Developing Com & Ben database for all vacation records and history.
  • Arrange with the Company doctor regarding any operations and visits.
  • Revise employees Medical costs and approvals.
  • Audit the attendance data from machines and reports preparation.
  • Calculate the overtime hours and all allowances.
  • Prepare Turn over report for all entities.
  • Prepare all final settlement of resigned employees.
  • Prepare all external cost of casual labors.
  • Assist in the review of international budgets (if needed).

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree preferably in Business Administration.
  • Must hold HR diploma or any other professional certificate.
  • Very good user of MS office (outlook – word – excel)
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Problem-solving skills.
