Job Description
- Review the records of employees vacation balances.
- Audit Filing of all employees vacations.
- Audit employees files.
- Responsible for revising all payroll transactions monthly.
- Design all types of reports requested by the Direct Manager.
- Responsible for monthly HC report.
- Developing Com & Ben database for all vacation records and history.
- Arrange with the Company doctor regarding any operations and visits.
- Revise employees Medical costs and approvals.
- Audit the attendance data from machines and reports preparation.
- Calculate the overtime hours and all allowances.
- Prepare Turn over report for all entities.
- Prepare all final settlement of resigned employees.
- Prepare all external cost of casual labors.
- Assist in the review of international budgets (if needed).
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree preferably in Business Administration.
- Must hold HR diploma or any other professional certificate.
- Very good user of MS office (outlook – word – excel)
- Excellent communication skills.
