About the Job
- Plan and coordinate all installations (telecommunications, heat, electricity etc.) and refurbishments
- Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards
- Inspect buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations.
- Allocate and manage facility space for maximum efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and industry codes.
- Supervise all staff facilities staff (custodians, technicians, groundskeepers etc.) and external contractors.
- Responsible for all Hubs around Egypt for facility management including (Cleaning, safety and security, Camera system).
- Set effective regulation with requirement documents related to cleaning management.
- Responsible for 5S checking.
- Responsible to deal with all governmental office especially ( Healthy and safety offices)

- Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
- Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers)
- Familiarity with email scheduling tools, like Email Scheduler and Boomerang
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
