About the Job
  • Monitor the personnel files (Join Duty, Leave Application, Leave/Final/Transfer Settlement, Change Slips, etc.) and to ensure that the audit process is applied and any deviation from the policy is rectified.
  • Ensures completeness of personnel files in accordance with the labor law requirements.
  • Maintain an HR database of employee data and ensures completeness and accuracy.
  • Supervise the process of recording attendance within each department and maintains attendance records.
  • Handle monthly effects and compensation with the assistance of subordinates within the time schedule.
Job Requirements
  • University Degree in Business, Human resources or related field
  • Post Graduate degree in Human Resources or relevant field
