Job Description
Job Summary:
- The purpose of the job is to coordinate, plan and follow up on Agro division requirements in order to achieve balancing between demand & supply and assure the availability of requirements in the suitable time.
Accountabilities:
- Prepare the Agro. division budget with coordination with the division management team.
- Prepare monthly reports -and as needed- for the actual consumption vs budget and identifies deviation reasons.
- Issue purchase requests according to the inventory and requirements.
- Follow up on deliveries & days-on-hand stocks status.
Job Requirements
- Years of experience: 1-3 years, experience of planning in agriculture firms is an asset.
- Education: Bachelor degree, preferred major is logistics/supply chain.
- Languages: Arabic (mother tongue) English: Good (can understand and respond to communication in English language).
- Computer skills: proficiency in Excel and power point is a must, ERP experience is an asset (Oracle -SAP).
- Residence location: resident close to Job location or willing to relocate to company housing facilities.
