Job Description
- Working with employees, either face-to-face or over the telephone, to identify Hardware/ Software problems and provide the solution.
- Performs visits to sites for maintenance and technical support.
- Provide remote control over employees' computers when necessary to resolve problems.
- Setting up accounts ( Email Accounts, ERP accounts,... etc) for staff, ensuring that they know how to log in and use.
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Provide hardware/software installation, maintenance, and support for IP cams.
- Provide hardware/software installation, maintenance, and support for attendance machines.
- Provide hardware/software installation, maintenance, and support for screens in our stores.
- Properly escalating unresolved queries to the next level of support
- Create and Deliver Reports. (Per Task/ Daily / Weekly / Monthly).
Job Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any other related degree.
- Excellent English writing skills.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Strong working knowledge of Flowcharts diagrams.
- Basic familiarity with IIBA standards.
