Electrical Engineer

• Review and follow-up on daily electrical fault reports and analyze major faults to avoid their recurrence
• Follow-up planned maintenance schedules for public and sub-electric units and control panels for equipment and machinery
• Effective leadership with all electricity technicians by good driving and good communication with all team members
• Work the technical exercises necessary to raise the skill of the technician to enable them to cure the malfunctions in a short time and raise their technical competence
• Encouraging new ideas and their release from electricity technicians and strengthening the initiative and sharpening the self
• Follow-up all cases of non-conformity that belong to the two departments of industrial security and quality assurance and closure of deadlines set
• Monitor all performance indicators related to the electricity consumption of all main panels of the factory for easy control and make a good decision for good distribution of loads
• To develop effective mechanisms to save electricity consumption
• Control through supervisors in the exchange of spare parts necessary to repair the machines and be careful not to deviate from the specified cost during the month
• Prepare the monthly reports to follow up the faults, analyze them and clarify the appropriate solutions to them through carefully studied numbers with the direct manager
• Responsible for environmental protection, pollution prevention, safety and safety of the product in the field of work and application of the relevant procedures, instructions and policies related to the system of environmental management, occupational safety and health, quality and food safety
