Job Description

  • The jobholder is expected to play a supervisory role in adherence to Laws, Regulations, Policies, Processes, Procedures, Practices, Standards;
  • Support in the development and implementation of the Compliance Program;
  • Participate in the preparation of the annual compliance plan including compliance risk assessment, Internal escalation and reporting policies, procedures, and protocols, adherence to Codes of Conduct & Ethics and compliance manual;
  • Participate in the development and implementation of the programs and trainings designed to increase employees’ awareness and knowledge of compliance program;
  • Participate in the affirming and reinforcing the compliance culture by perform an ongoing awareness communications of compliance program, policies and procedures;
  • Reporting all issues that arise out of conducting periodic audit, including escalating all significant issues and suggesting potential improvements to the same and providing information concerning such issues through resolution;
  • Prepare Compliance Checklists, Compliance Reports and conduct a follow-up;
  • Investigate and resolve compliance problems, questions, or complaints received from stakeholders;
  • Participate in Fraud Prevention and Deterrence, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Anti-Bribery & Corruption (ABC).

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in law, business or finance.
  • Professional Certification is preferable: (CCEP, GRCA, CFE, CAMS, CACM, CFF) or equivalent.
  • 6-8 years of relevant practice experience in compliance with one of Big 4 consulting firms and/or in compliance department in a reputable corporation.
  • Teamwork, Persuasion and Collaboration skills;
  • High level of personal independence and strong feel for countervailing powers.
  • Strong business acumen, communication skills, networking and influencing skills.
  • Complex problem-solving skills, Objective and demonstrate professional judgment
  • Fluent command of English language is a must.
