VACANCY:

We are hiring a professional caliber to join the HR Team as Talent Acquisition as per the following details:

  • Designation:Talent Acquisition Specialist
  • Location: Maadi - Cairo
  • Reporting:Human Resources Business Lead
  • Grade: G01/G02

Job Purpose :

Actively sourcing candidates from competitive talent markets for a broad range of positions Responsibilities include full life-cycle recruiting (sourcing, screening, interviewing, providing salary recommendations, checking references, and recommending applicants for employment, etc.) in a high volume environment

A.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Attract talent in light of firmed vacancies through various channels like professional and social media to ensure quality pipeline of application
  • Use networking opportunities such as local community groups or professional associations to identify referrals for qualified candidates
  • Monitor and amend Organizational Charts to assess and drive action to supply applicants for current opening versus approved HC plan
  • Search the internet using search engines, user groups or Blogs and other creative techniques to find qualified candidates
  • Source, screen, and submit candidates to vacant positions hiring personnel as assigned for evaluation and assessment as appropriate
  • Drive reference check process for shortlisted candidates
  • Responsible to offer potential new hires their remuneration details, job grade, duties, working hours, etc and confirm the outcome to concerned business proceeding to binding agreement
  • Develop an objective scorecard of the function reflecting performance measures and lead times
  • Keep close eyes on attrition rate and act as organizational safe-guard should key observation be noticed
  • Handle and report key insights and feedback concerning Exit-Interviews with suggestions and recommendations to resolve identified gap

Job Requirements

B.Job Requirements:

1. Level of Education:

  • Relevant B.Sc. degree, preferably Life Science qualification. Professional HR Certificates/Study is a definite plus

2. Experience :

  • Previous experience of Pharmaceuticals preferably in sales then HR role
  • One to three years of experience in full cycle recruiting in a health care/Pharmaceutical environment preferred

3. Language :

  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • English fluency essential

4.IT Literacy :

  • Professional computer and MS-Office skills
