Job Description
- Work will be remotely from home
- Manage the company online accounts
- Setup accounts for users
- Communicate with users to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Classify the users issue and ability to assign to correct department
- Deliver technical documents to clients and explain terminologies to clients with none tech background
- Purchase and configure domains and other online services
- Conduct researches and prepare presentation on new technology and services
- Screen candidates against tech criteria
- Take notes in technical meetings (know the terminology)
- Put tech ideas on papers
- Other tasks assigned by the management
Tasks and job title could be adjusted for senior candidates with proved experience.
Job Requirements
- Degree in computer\technology\programming
- Experience in Cpanel and WHM
- Knowledge on of domains and domains records A MX ... etc
- knowledge of cloud system
- Knowledge of opening email accounts on different environment
- Experience in Google apps, any certificate form Google is a plus
- Experience in Linux is a plus
- Experience in any scripting language (eg: python) is a high plus
- Ability to provide first line and second line of support remotely
- Knowledge of digital security basics
- Any other IT experience and knowledge is a plus
- Able to troubleshoot tech problems and search for solutions
- Fluent in writing English
- Self motivated
