Job Description

  • Managing reservations' modifications and cancellations.
  • Providing customers with necessary documents (invoices, vouchers, and itineraries).
  • Tasks are all done via EMAIL mainly and rarely via outbound calling.

Working Conditions:

  • Working hours: (UK Shift) (8:00 am to 5:00 pm)
  • Fixed days off: Saturday and Sunday

  • (3000+KPIs) as Net Starting from (3400 EGP )

Job Requirements

  • (Excellent /Fluent) Command of English.
  • Telesales / call center experience is a plus.
  • (Under Grads & Grads) can apply.
  • Excellent Business writing .
  • Handling complaints and business mails
  • Maximum age: 27 years old.
  • 6th October City ,Haram, Mohandseen & El Sheikh Zayed residents only can apply
