Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Developing and maintaining business plans
- Increase services awareness and maintain profitable client business relationship.
- Ensure & develop the business cycle entire the company unit.
- Supervise and manage the service delivery process and resolving any problems in the delivery in collaboration with the company team
- Managing and developing the corporate team to efficiently perform their roles in handling all the activities.
- Train, evaluate, and follow-up with company unit employees
- Monitor the company team progress & assign their duties accordingly.
- Ensure quality of work of his subordinates.
- Follow up with the technical office the company projects.
- Follow up with financial controller day to day operation.
Job Requirements
- From 5 to 8 Years of Experience in the real estate industry is must
- Minimum 5 Years in a managerial position
- High Leadership & management skills
- Minimum age 40 years
- Managerial certificate is a plus
