Job Description
- Prepare maintenance plan and budget.
- Contribute to the upkeep and availability of the plant equipment.
- Review variances in planned performance and take corrective actions.
- Ensure that all activities are handled in line with safety and quality regulations.
- Set specific performance goals for subordinates and reviews them on regular base with each employee.
- Monitoring maintenance plan through technical KPI targets.
- Support by technical opinion the solution for the maintenance circumstances.
- Prepare all required reports.
- Ensure that all activities are done in safe conditions.
- Analyze and interpret data
- Complete project by training and guiding technicians.
- Supervise a team of technicians .
- Control maintenance tools, stores and equipment.
- Maintain and modifying equipment to ensure that it is safe, reliable and efficient

- Education: B.Sc in Electrical Engineering
