Job Description
- Build relationships with existing clients to understand their business needs
- Offers face to face, Email and telephone advice to customers.
- Keeps product and brand knowledge up to date whilst having in-depth knowledge of all destinations.
- Follows up with clients about travel plans and make adjustments as needed
- Handling inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Responsible for flight, travel ancillaries and accommodation arrangements.
- Effectively use hotel booking systems to secure holidays (Bed banks )
- Coordinating with Travel Supervisor and other team members to efficiently handle complaints and refunds.
- Ensure all data on the system and all related documentations are complete and accurate.
- Collaborate efficiently with the direct manager.
- Provide thorough reporting to the Management.
Job Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor degree (preferably Hotels and Tourism)
- Familiar with Hotel booking systems & Sabre and/or Galileo
Training Courses
- Customer Service
- Communication Skills
Minimum Years of Experience
- 2 years in same field
Skills Acquired
- Excellent computer skills (Advanced usage of MS)
- Fluent English language
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent time management
