Job Description
Below is a brief about the main major responsibilities
- Managing all related maintenance tasks to the sold properties such as ( Air conditions issues, electrical issues, plumping and pipe connections, pumps issues, etc..). Also managing any maintenance requests raised by any homeowner related to finishings part
- Managing some finishing work for the newly built properties (sometimes from scratch)
- Managing the required maintenance for 15 Swimming pool.
- Creating clear standards for the pricing issues and challenges
- Creating and managing the required related operational reports.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in engineering ( architecture & mechanic are preferable )
- minimum 15 years of experience in the maintenance field
- Customer service oriented person ( Hotels experience is preferable)
- Strong Leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
