Job Description
Quality Control engineer is required in glass manufacturing field to Monitoring/Assuring that all products are achieving Customers requirements and control any deviations and also that guarantee product quality at end of the line.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, control and maintain the Quality Control system before and after or during production to achieve the company policy standard.
- Contact supplier’s and customer in case of quality deviation.
- Cooperate with concerned department about quality assurance issue.
- Responsible for the development and implementation of QC procedures.
- Performs root cause analysis on finished product and raw material failures.
- Responsible for the supervision of the quality issues along the production steps.
- Responsible for the supervision of the quality from the raw material until the finished goods.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering degree in quality, mechanical or industrial engineering is required.
- 4-6 years of experience in the same position.
- Very Good command of English Language.
- Very Good communication skill.
- Team building and leadership skill.
- Lean Manufacturing, 5S, KAIZEN knowledge.
- Internal Auditing experience.
- Analytical Skills.
