Job Description
Accountant for Accounts Receivable Experience of five years and the age of no more than 35 years .
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Maintain up-to-date billing system
- Follow up, collection and allocation of payments in the accounting system.
- Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines
- Reconciliation of accounts (Bank reconciliation)
- Monitoring customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
- Maintain accounts receivable customer files
- Follow established procedures for processing receipts, cash etc
- Prepare bank deposits
- Process adjustment entrees
- Communicating with customers via phone, email or mail.
- Maintain filling system.
- Assist in month end/year end closing
