Job Description
- Supervising commercial correspondence with foreign companies in coordination with the direct manager
- Search for new companies and negotiate the prices of products with the supplier
- Follow-up the lack of products in coordination with the person responsible for the warehouse
- Coordinate with the shipping companies
- Open a file for each company with all correspondence that has been made
- Build a good relationship with third parties
- Organizing the process of receiving the products and coordinate with the in charge person of customs
- Ensure that the purchasing documents are complete and ready and include all signatures
- Coordinate with the financial department in cases of financial dues
- Coordinate with the responsible person to receive goods properly and safely
- Follow up full cycle of the order from supplier to warehouse
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Commerce English Section
- 1 year experience in logistics
- Fluency in English is required
- High speed writing on Keyboard
