Job Description
- Help Wanted..! LOCXPREES FOR TRANSLATION & LOCALIZATION COMPANY IS HIRING NOW... for the following position (Office Manager Assistant)
Duties:
- Performing general administrative duties (phone calls, faxing, filing, and copying)
- Plans the office space, including choosing equipment and supplies
- Maintains the office filing system and records
- Coordinates activities for special projects between departments
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Successful Candidates Must Have The Following Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree (Required) - Fresh graduates are welcome too.
- Level of English (very good Or fluent )."Guys, please stick to the criteria"
- Must have a high level of proficiency in using (Microsoft office apps) (Microsoft office word, Excel worksheet, power point presentation) .
- Having essential skills in using Photoshop is preferable
- Demonstrates good written communication skills.
- Must be aware of social media marketing strategies.
