Job Description
- Lead projects and drive integration across multiple cross-functional teams.
- Work with cross functional partners to define project scope and success criteria.
- Full project life cycle management (initiation through close), as assigned and within the parameters of cost, quality, schedule and objectives.
- Develop and maintain project plans and budgets while ensuring project milestones are met.
- Provide consistent, two-way communication between project teams and leadership.
- Ensure alignment with senior leaders through regular steering committee updates.
- Adhere to SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) guidelines and partner with Architects to define Product Road Maps.
- Partner with business and IT stakeholders to define Key Success Criteria for project outcomes.
- Self-Starter able to work independently and coach team members as required.
- Drive efficient project execution maximizing value on all assigned projects.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree Required, preferably in business or information systems/technology.
- Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience required.
- SAP Project experience required
- Execution Excellence: drive accountability for commitments, execute responsibilities in an efficient, focused manner; clearly communicate objectives, plan, implement and continuously improve processes to meet time, budget and performance objectives and monitor progress to achieve desired outcomes.
- Strong leadership skills with ability to impact individual project direction through influence and collaboration.
- Highly proactive and results oriented individual with proven track record of success in all phases of project execution.
- Broad business and technical background and experiences; which will enable the candidate to anticipate, address and mitigate risks early and remove obstacles impeding the project team from achieving the desired outcome.
- Ability to manage ambiguity, problem solve and implement/modify program/project control processes and/or metrics as needed to ensure target outcomes are achieved.
- Adept at working effectively within a matrix organization and managing relationships at all levels of the organization including external partners.
- Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively and concisely to all levels within the company ranging from team members to senior leaders.
- Well organized with demonstrated ability to establish and communicate work load prioritization within and between project teams.
- Demonstrated sense of urgency and decisiveness; takes prompt action to accomplish goals; proactively attempts to influence events rather than passively accept outcomes.
- Demonstrated high level of curiosity, creativity, and strong problem solving skills.
- Strong ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects priorities and tasks simultaneously
