Practical knowledge and technical experience in full software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
Ability to become a trusted advisor by building and managing relationships with clients, colleagues, vendors, and other industry professionals
Open minded and curious about technology innovation
Having a relevant experience as Software Architect for a SaaS solution; with a full understanding of complex architecture mixing database, application servers internet network, security and front-end challenges.
Experience and understanding of the full software development lifecycle with an appreciation or experience of Agile methodologies. Exposure to requirements analysis, high level and detailed design, architecture, mentoring, implementing and supporting would all be highly regarded.
Enthusiastic about coaching and mentoring others helping them develop their careers
Passionate technologists with 8 or more years of professional experience and a strong foundation in application development; preferably in similar environments.
Candidate should hold a degree in MIS, Computer Science, or comparable degrees and have relevant work experience.

Building flexible and configurable Web applications
