Job Description
- Assist with budgeting and cost control; report and forecast repair and maintenance costs, issues and review, approve, and process vendor invoices
- Support in recruiting, training, motivating and evaluating the team to ensure that the department has the necessary skill base and that staff are optimally motivated and enabled to maximize their potential and contribution to the company
- Develop a spare parts list, establish inventory levels and prepare progress reports for facilities maintenance projects
- Inspect and accept workmanship of finished installations for conformity to plans and specifications on facility maintenance projects
- Support development of facilities procedures, policies and processes; establish best practice methodology for maintaining retail chain and supporting functions
- Oversee repair and maintenance vendor selection process Administer maintenance contracts and cleaning services including but not limited to the following areas: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, cleaning, pest control, etc
- Maintain quality control at all levels by coordinating the department work, surveying the shops regularity covering all complaints from the stores and proposes new processes to enhance customer service
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in facilities management, in retail area is a plus.
- Technical degree or equivalent in civil work
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in MS Office
