Job Description
Job Scope:
- Responsible for the overall operation and availability of enterprise infrastructure and Systems. Identify and recommend areas for improving operational efficiency.
Job Duties:
- Maintain health and availability of enterprise server’s infrastructure systems.
- Create and execute repeatable maintenance and monitoring procedures for infrastructure hardware and Operating systems.
- Implement infrastructure hardware and software as defined by infrastructure team.
- Collaborate with infrastructure team on identifying improvements to the environment.
- Physical installation and cabling of infrastructure hardware.
- Participate in on-call rotation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of detailed technical experience with operational support in an enterprise level production environment.
- A previous Experience in application server and web server such as ( tomcat / Apache / IIS / Web-sphere )
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities related to enterprise systems.
- Solid experience with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Products
- Experience with visualization technologies (VMWare) is a plus.
- Extensive Servers operating systems troubleshooting
- Basic experience with Cisco routing and switching (CCNA certified)
