Job Description
- Manages the overall administration of the office by organizing office operations and procedures, controlling correspondence, designing and managing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions and developing reporting procedures
- Manage the processing of watches through the Service Centre, this includes dealing with both the customers and watchmakers.
- Maintains rapport with customers, managers, and employees by developing new services and methods, setting priorities and resolving challenges
- Handling general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management database systems and management of suppliers
- Management of Government Relations activities for employees, customers and suppliers including but not limited to visa processing, trade license renewals, medical insurance management, event licensing, etc.
- Managing appointments, coordinating and managing travel requirements.
- Design and implement office policies by establishing standards and procedures, measuring results against standards and making necessary adjustments
- Assist with HR team with paperwork for new-hire packets, benefits information, etc.
- Track and maintain stock of office supplies
Job Requirements
- Fluency in English( written and spoken). Arabic Desirable
- Ms- office skills; mandatory
