- Technically manage and lead the PHP team.
- Conduct performance reviews of team members and identify areas of improvement, give feedback and recommend for promotions or salary increments
- Updating, repairing, modifying and developing existing software and generic web applications.
- Combining all elements of the web application design and testing it.
- Reacting to problems and correcting the web application as necessary
- Ensure teams follow the correct code and documentation standards.
- Adapting the web application to new requirements, as necessary.
- Clarifying what actions the web application is intended to perform.
- Breaking down web application specification into its simplest elements and translating this logic into a programming language.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years proven hands-on experience with MySQL databses or any other structured database is a must.
- 3+ years hands-on experience with Laravel and/or Symfony is a must.
- 5+years proven hands-on experience with vanilla JS and JQuery is a must.
- 1+ years hands-on experience with React, VueJS or Angular is a must.
- Been managing your work mostly with Git and Bitbucket is a must.
- Good knowledge and implementation on Unit testing is a must.
- Good knowledge and insights on common Design Patterns, Architectures and PSR code standers for best practices is a must.
- Been deploying and continuously integrating your work mostly with Docker and/or Jenkins is a must.
Management Skills :
- Should have handled a team of developers.
- Poses Awesome leadership skill.
- Knowledge or formal training in PMP / Prince2 preferred.
