Job Description
We are looking forward to hire Admin Assistant for a Training Provider in Maadi
- Directly report to the CEO
- Take minutes of meetings
- Manage the Agenda, schedules and appointments for the CEO
- Ensure all deadlines are met on time and work is completed correct
- Generate memos, email, reports
- Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and order items before they run out.
- Assist in the training activities and procedure for the staff and customers
- Prepare for the co-training programs
- Respond to inquiries for information
- Responsible for the company's official Docs
- Assist in hiring procedures
Job Requirements
- Experience is a must, 3 to 5 years
- Female University graduate
- Fluent in English
- Good presentation skills
- Expert in excel, word
- Interpersonal skills
- Can manage and prioritize multi-task
- Problem solving techniques
- Eager to learn and do self development
