Job Description
- Manage the overall daily production activities including (production planning, scheduling, quality assurance, budgeting, etc…)
- Assess projects and resources requirements and demands.
- Organize the regular and routine maintenance for the factory's machinery and equipment in order to fulfill the production needs.
- Prepare, analyze and issue the production and performance reports.
- Lead, manage and improve the production-related functions (estimation, production performance, technical purchasing, quality,
safety, warehousing and factory administration).
Job Requirements
- Degree in Applied Arts interior and furniture is a MUST
- Minimum 3 years of previous experience in managing carpentry & joinery production and wood processing facilities is a must.
- Advanced coaching & leadership, communication, problem-solving and team building skills.
- Results and objectives oriented.
- Well organized, able to work under pressure and capable of dealing with labor and workers.
- Previous experience in the Joinery & Carpentry industry is highly preferred.
