Job Description
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to the available channels.
- Screen Candidates resumes and job applications.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to get the best match for the opened vacancies.
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- New Hired orientation.
- Setting with department heads different jobs KPI’s.
- Having a bi annual Job assessment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in business administration or any relevant degree.
- Experience 2-4 years .
- Human Resources diploma is preferred.
- Transportation is available out of Obour city.
- 5 working days ( Fridays & Saturdays off).
- Salary is negotiable.
