Job Description

  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to the available channels.
  • Screen Candidates resumes and job applications.
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to get the best match for the opened vacancies.
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
  • New Hired orientation.
  • Setting with department heads different jobs KPI’s.
  • Having a bi annual Job assessment.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in business administration or any relevant degree.
  • Experience 2-4 years .
  • Human Resources diploma is preferred.
  • Transportation is available out of Obour city.
  • 5 working days ( Fridays & Saturdays off).
  • Salary is negotiable.
