Job Description
- Advises Engage clients on the formulation of plans and policies for HR.
- Develops, revises and implements HR policies and procedures.
- Undertake HR development projects and activities that contribute to building a positive organizational environment.
- Recruit and hire the best candidates within our clients’s budget and as per the agreed Job Profile.
- Managing the whole HR project starting from the project plan till the end deliverable.
- Participate in designing and delivering all the training programs provided by Engage.
Job Requirements
- Fluent English is a must.
- 4-5 years of experience in the HR field.
