Job Description

Main Job Duties:

  • Oversee client account management autonomously.
  • Regularly follow up with clients and on-ground, and respond to clients’ inquiries proactively and independently.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with responsibility for retention and growth.
  • Ensure that our service is successfully delivered to clients according to their needs and objectives in a timely manner.
  • Manage client activity with CRM tools for maximum efficiency and visibility, with carefully executed follow-up to closure on open issues.
  • Produce all standard account management documentation quickly and efficiently (e.g. meeting minutes, status reports, slide decks, spreadsheets, timelines and plans).

Job Requirements

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 2-5 Years of experience in account management.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice To Have

  • Experience with Hubspot CRM and Trello
  • Work experience in the education sector
