Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Oversee client account management autonomously.
- Regularly follow up with clients and on-ground, and respond to clients’ inquiries proactively and independently.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with responsibility for retention and growth.
- Ensure that our service is successfully delivered to clients according to their needs and objectives in a timely manner.
- Manage client activity with CRM tools for maximum efficiency and visibility, with carefully executed follow-up to closure on open issues.
- Produce all standard account management documentation quickly and efficiently (e.g. meeting minutes, status reports, slide decks, spreadsheets, timelines and plans).
Job Requirements
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2-5 Years of experience in account management.
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Nice To Have
- Experience with Hubspot CRM and Trello
- Work experience in the education sector
