Job Description
- Shop Drawing Quantity Survey
- Review all materials delivered to the site and check it with drawings
- Controlling of all documents revision for the project
- Carry out inspection as per approved inspection and test plan and procedure
- Preparing and performing punch list follow up till Client acceptance and final handover
- Executes the specific inspections of materials, equipment and construction activities
- Study Project Bill of Quantities, Drawings, and Schedules
- Preparing Finishing works (Floor tiles, plastering, paintings, waterproof, heat insulation …etc.)
- Monitor projects time plan and Schedule
- Monitoring work progress
- Prepare and Review shop drawings and follow up drawings of amendments during the implementation process
- Preparation of As-built drawings • Implement cost-effective measures for reducing project cost.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Architecture Engineering degree is a must.
- 7-10 years experience in a similar position.
- Good English Language (written and spoken).
- Good knowledge in using a, PHOTOSHOP, and 3D-Max
- Excellent Microsoft Office.
- Organization Skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Computer Skills: MS office, AutoCAD, Revit, (SAP is preferring).
