Job Description
- The Senior Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for the execution of Benchmark’s recruiting process for assigned searches through identifying and attracting top-performing professionals to fill job openings.
- Developing and recommending recruiting techniques to ensure a successful search in a given time frame.
- The position includes duties such as: posting and advertising jobs, reviewing job descriptions, screening online applications, scheduling interviews, collecting personnel documentation, conducting reference checks, negotiating offers and proactively building Benchmark’s talent pipeline.
- Maintaining Bulk Data Bases and keep on updating them for ongoing hiring process.
Job Requirements
Education / Certification:
- Any bachelor degree from a reputable university
- Assessment and psychometric test Certification is a plus.
Related Fields Work Experience / Years:
- 4 – 6 years with solid experience in the same field. Exp. in a Recruitment or Marketing Agency would be a plus.
