Job Description
- Plan and issue production orders according to requirements of sales orders dates and forecasts.
- Draws up MPS to meet due dates according to sales forecasts or customer orders.
- Making MRP, CRP, RCCP.
- Determine ROP for all Items.
- Follow up shop floor capacities, utilizations, and efficiencies.
- Develop and implement plan versus actual progress Reports and analyses deviations from plan.
- Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed.
- Coordinate production workflow for the products.
- Schedule shift according to production needs.
- Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget.
- Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption.
- Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc.)
- Prepare and submit status and performance reports.
- Keep paperwork organized
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering " Electrical Engineering is preferred "
- CPIM will be an advantage
- Proven experience as production planner
- Excellent knowledge of production and material planning
- Experience in MRP II (Manufacturing resource planning)
- Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Process and detailed oriented
