- Oversees our full recruitment cycle
- Define and implement Company organizational development strategies, plans and policies which are aligned with and facilitate the delivery of the company’s strategic plan
Job Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in Organization Development & Talent Acquisition
Excellent interpersonal skills. - Excellent English.
- Excellent project management abilities to see projects till completion.
- Relevant HR/OD certification is highly desired.
- Adept user of Microsoft office applications.
- Location: Mainly HO with regular schedule of presence in field offices inside ARE.
