Job Description

  • Schedule, setup and coordinate meetings, conferences and prepare reference material.
  • Create, transcribe, and distribute meeting agendas.
  • Maintenance and updating of the filing system and various records.
  • Types various documents and verifies records and documents
  • Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system
  • Manage the day to day operations of the office.
  • Handle other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree.
  • 5 to 7 years of expertness in the similar role.
  • Fluent English skills (verbal and written).
  • Professional use of computer MS office applications.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
