Job Description
- Update the Database for all marketing issues (Export & Local) by updating list of projects.
- Update contact details for sales offices.
- Update company website.
- Update business cards for all staff
- Receives stores and distributes company brochures and other stationary to area offices.
- Prepares the department bi-monthly report
- Prepare and updated procedures, forms and maintains records as per the requirement of ISO 9001 at marketing department.
- Distributes copies and/or documents to concerned offices and staff
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. Degree
- Excellent English language
- French language is a plus
- Hard worker
- Administration and marketing background
- Good command in MS Office
- Elaborate communication skills and good moral character
