Job Description
- Keep records of employees' attendance and leaves.
- Provide employees with their leave balances when required.
- Enter all salary variables (deductions, commissions, incentives, etc....) into the system to guarantee accurate salary issuance.
- Maintain employee data files and create records for new employees both in hard copy and on the ERP system.
- Conduct employee clearance procedures.
- Maintain database with new hires and employee exits.
- Enroll employees in social and medical insurance as per company policy.
- Implement compensation & benefits activities according to the management plan to ensure the welfare of all employees.
- Attend to employee complaints and work on solving them or reporting them to higher management for resolution.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in any field
- Proficiency in Arabic
- Working Level of English
- Good MS Office skills
- Knowledge of Labor and Insurance Law
- Strong Character
- Process Orientation
