Job Description
- Supports all the HR departments (Recruitment, OD, Personnel, and Payroll) as required.
- Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities.
- Handling hiring documents and deal with labor & insurance office
- Handling the attendance program & daily attendance reports
- Help in maintaining & develop HR Policies
- Create needed HR reports
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
- Experience 3 years in personnel & Recruitment
- HR certificate/diploma is a Prefer.
- Very good in English Language (written and spoken).
- Very high level of flexibility and time management
- Good knowledge of all MS. Applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
- Good communication skills with all levels in the work environment.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
