Job Description
As a Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering training and imparting your knowledge and expertise directly to Learning bubbles Clients to support their employee's personal development and performance.
Responsibilities:
- Work with Learning bubbles to produce classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids, and manuals.
- Conduct effective training workshops on specific topics, deploy a wide variety of training methods.
- Maintain and enhance the training delivery quality according to set measurements.
- Perform pre-instructional assessments and post-training evaluations.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in delivering either communication, intercultural or interpersonal skills.
- Be confident in delivering training in English.
- Have a professional background.
- Flexible with business trips to deliver training.
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques.
- Previous experience in Experiential learning.
