Job Description

  • Supporting the sales force with general operations to help reach the team’s objectives.
  • Prepare sales representative reports Monthly/weekly.
  • Responding and coordinating all correspondences related to tenders, preparing technical and commercial offers.
  • Contribute effectively in sales force development by create, maintain, and enter information into databases.
  • Assisting with the coordination of webinars.
  • Receive update the sales force sheet every week from every one
  • Record data accurately with all details including filling system, proposals, purchase order, Performa invoice and attachments.
  • Weekly compare sales team notes and status of the customers to determine the team’s progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements to know the expected profit.
  • Follow up with finance department after receiving Purchase orders.
  • Maintain the general filing system like contracts, proposals, purchase order, and NDA& MOU.
  • Prepare all required reports from top management (every team member, quarter report, deals expected to be closed, deals closed won, and closed lost with reasons, etc.).

Job Requirements

  • Experience: maximum 3 year experience
  • Education: Bachelor degree
  • Special Course(s): Any related courses
  • TECHNICAL SKILS: General knowledge of the products, sales force, Microsoft office and internet
  • Languages: Arabic and English are mandatory (Spoken and writing), French is a plus
  • Competencies: Oral and written communication skills, negotiation skills, time management, people oriented
