Job Description

General Purpose and Scope:

  • To promote growth of the Selling the additives and the specialty products in Egypt for the feed Additives and veterinary Specility PRODUCTS in order to consistently maximize company profitability. To manage a designated territory with commercial vision and with a “can-do” attitude, in line with the companies stated aims and objectives.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for a designated territory within Egypt to promote sales of Currently Feed additives, commodities and Specialty products and what would arise in future as per the group SMART goals
  • Responsible for all sales of the said products within the designated territory
  • Responsible for all new products/services as the company deem necessary
  • To provide a professional and effective sales coverage
  • To increase awareness of the specialty products
  • To provide solutions to customer problems
  • To build relationships with customers
  • To undertake research/gain feedback
  • Maintain and develop links with Namaa Board

Key Challenges / Problem Solving:

  • Work collaboratively in a diverse and matrix
  • Work effectively and efficiently with other Namaa team
  • Increase awareness of our product offering within veterinary practices from independents through to large corporate accounts
  • Responsibility for meeting financial and sales objectives including account penetration, bookings and customer satisfaction
  • Generation of appointments and effective territory management
  • To obtain new users of the companies’ services/products
  • To maintain our existing customer database
  • To increase sales through existing & New customers
  • Respond to all customer enquiries efficiently
  • Follow up all Sales/Marketing/Customer Service leads within 4 weeks
  • To provide a prompt marketing and sales support service to all customers
  • To gather information on competitors, new practices and relevant information within the territory and general veterinary market
  • Maintain an efficient customer record system and update the ACT! database as necessary
  • Provide quality reports on all sales activity in a timely manner
  • Maintain a satisfactory level of sales support material and re-order as required
  • Continuously develop personal skills with selling techniques, technical and product knowledge
  • Provide sales support as required at events and seminars, for Namaa, International and Local events
  • Conduct regular Lunch & Learn presentations as required
